I think the 11pm thing is just a technical Apple issue.
For example all BEYONCÉ sales from 11 to midnight counted towards the first day sales.
And if the 11pm sales counted, many songs would have debuted on Billboard a week early.

To be honest, i googled the second one. Im sure i heard the first one just as i wrote it, but in the second, i actually hear "syncopate my skin to hear your breathing"
Full week of sales, and if the video is released tomorrow then a full week of streaming. I wonder if it has a chance at topping the bb100 GP reception could really go both ways with a song like this.
Btw, does the video really premiere tomorrow at morning? That's what i've been told, but im not sure if it's true!
It's been heavily implied since Selena gave a sneak peak of all those video stills to fans, but (I think) there's no concrete confirmation. Maybe she'll confirm it tonight when GFY is released on iTunes or just drop it on her VEVO/YouTube page ala THWWIW.
It'll either flop or be a hit. There's no in between with a song like this. Personally I'm just happy and proud that she didn't go the safe route and made an easy hit.
GP reception could really go both ways with a song like this.
