She looks beautiful, fierce, and absolutely menacing. I love it. This cover probably made that costume my favourite Storm look, the 90s animated series coming in second.

He has the potential to be Omega level. Kinda like Jean Grey was when she was first discovered by the Phoenix.

You could argue that about Storm too tbh (not the lazy **** part lmao). She has Omega level potential (see image below). She just hasn't learned to tap into that power yet.



Marvel should get Emma Frost to control her too

You know I used to be a major Jean Grey fan thanks to the movies, but after reading the comics and watching the tv shows, I think I am certified Storm stan now.

Hopefully whatever Singer was originally planning to do with that character before Halle Berry got knocked up will be transferred (somewhat) to Apocalypse.

Marvel's going thru a major rehaul, following the current crossover called Secret Wars. The Xmen will certainly be affected as a result (all of the Marvel heroes will be).

The only thing that's confirmed for the mutants however is a miniseries called Xmen '92, which follows the characters as they were around the time of the animated series (from the 90's).

The artwork looks fantastic, and quite frankly I'm beyond excited.



If you were looking to dive into the comics, it might be best for you to wait for Secret Wars to end, and see where the mutants are headed in the Marvel Universe.

Channing talking about the gambit film in Empire Magazine

Channing Tatum appears in the latest issue of Empire Magazine and opens up about his fascination with the mutant Remy LeBeau and bringing GAMBIT to the big screen.

“I love Gambit,” says Tatum says, enthusiastically. “I grew up in the South; my father’s from Loiuisiana. We’d go to New Orleans and I heard all the dialects. It felt so different from the rest of America; it has its own ancient culture. So I identified with that. And he always felt the most real of the X-Men to me. Reportedly based on a treatment by Gambit co-creator Chris Claremont, Tatum reveals that writer Josh Zetumer has completed the first “killer” draft of the script.

To be honest, I'm more concerned about how the real X-Men will fare after Apocalypse. Wolverine III, Gambit and The New Mutants are the three major features for post-2016. Add a likely Deadpool sequel to that.

We may not be getting another Cyclops, Storm, Jean, etc. centric movie for a while....

I don't get why they would push another wolverine movie I mean the 2nd one was ok, (mainly because of the Phoenix haunting and the after credits scene ) but they get ripped apart in reviews and make a small fraction of the money compared to the big team films
