Have lost 9.6 pounds so far. On a no-gluten lean protein food plan with only green tea/water as drink options coupled with running a 5k every other day and 20 minute strength/cardio/core exercises per day.
Have cheated twice so far. On Day 6 for my brother's birthday had a cookie/ice cream and on Day 14 had some ice cream last night.
I'm thinking of joining a gym but we have a treadmill and rowing machine in my house, so I'm wondering if it's worth it. I can't decide what to do! What advice would you give to someone starting out?

Yes I stopped with my healthy lifestyle during the holidays, but I've lost 13kg already. I can eliminate weight very easily, so I can gain. Same with muscles, since I'm trying to look more skinny, I'm not doing gym, only cardio. I mean, I have big legs and I want a thigh gap
