I'll answer your question. I'm on 'Ashley Tisdale's Official Music Myspace' friends list and from what I saw, they never said anything about I-Tunes or Radio requesting from her bulletins and only focused on voting for TRL.

I don't know anymore these days whether TRL is rigged or not,who knows,I hope they're not rigged.My theory on them so far is that they count votes from everyday and then cut the votes in half.Like maybe they accept a certain amount for each day.Think about it you can vote at there site everyday and there's no TRL on Wednesday and Thursday really since they're recorded on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I hope I'm right about this theory for TRL.So far I think my theory on VH1's VSPOT TOP 20 is they count the votes a week behind is right.I notice some videos that people say they vote for end up coming on that countdown a week later.For some reason these countdowns don't want the audience to figure it out and confuse them and make everyone think its rigged.But I'm solving the mysteries of these shows.

But maybe you're right, the last couple of times I voted (put Silverchair #1) and they're still in the top 6.

I know it took me awhile to figure out how VH1 counts there votes Mike but I tested it out with Alicia Keys.I voted for her alot the week she was just added and did you notice she didn't debut right away but on the saturday after that one she did.So definately they're a week behind.You''ll see it happen with other songs.And for those that do debut right away when they are added my theory is they debuted from people wildcarding them.

I've been putting He Said, She Said and So Do I Say Sorry First in the Wild Card box. Personally, I still think So Do I Say Sorry First is the Song Of The Year.

Yeah... Nelly fans started voting on TRL for "Do it" ...and Nelly just went number 1 (SIX TIMES) some weeks later... It's weird...
I know the song is so cool that maybe it started growing on people and people started voting on "Do it" meanwhile... ... but, it's weird... ...
That's my explanation for "Gimme more" floping so hard on TRL... ... Maybe it will be better in a week or two... ... and have a run like "Do it" had...

I also think though sometimes on certain songs you wildcard VH1 decides whether or not to add them.But keep wildcarding He Said She Said and So Do I Say Sorry First.I recall the Daughtry fans wildcarding Home massive times when Its Not Over was on the voting list and then Home was added to the voting list and it debuted real high at 6 the week it was added.So I think VH1 determines or not to let the votes count on certain wildcards.
