It was a difficult challenge to judge to be honest. Everyone did a superb job on at least one part of the challenge, so it made it increasingly difficult to rank.

I simply ranked all of you on each part of the challenge, then averaged for a final overall ranking. Some people did amazing in the first part (reflecting on others) but did terrible on the second part (reflecting on themselves). I had one person who I felt had the strongest reflection on someone else but had one of the weakest reflections on himself.

I honestly don't know who will go home!
