It's funny, because Miley used to be so US-centralized and not that big worldwide, now her international support just seems to trump the US in every way.

This era could really solidify her strength as a touring artist if she executes it correctly. If she can sell out 48,000 seat stadiums in Peru (where I didn't even know she was relevant
) I see no reason why she couldn't sell out arenas or stadiums in Spain, Portugal, Germany, etc., places where she's actually been proved to have a solid fanbase.
