Black people killing black people was brought up to diminish the sole purpose of BLM because if white people did stop shooting us we still have Latinos and Blacks shooting us daily and BLM doesn't take a stand against that and that's how I understood the discussion since the #BlackLivesMatter movement solely focuses on white and black crime.. Which is true I can't remember the last time there was a major protest or rally (Like there is now) against blacks and Latinos killing blacks..but the moment a white person kills a black person It becomes a national movement as evident by recent events

This is exactly why BLM is nothing but political posturing through racial segregation. They want nothing but power, attention and to feel important. People kill people and will continue to do so until the end of time.

there have been multiple organizations that were formed to address and combat violence in minority communities, any of which can be easily researched. black on black crime is not a real thing, no matter how many times people try and bring it up as if it has anything to do with the disproportional rate at which people of color are prosecuted and murdered by law enforcement. do we bring up "white on white crime" every time a college campus, movie theatre or any other public venue gets shot up by a white person? no, and why do you think that is? because the entire notion of "black on black" crime is to try and portray a "well if the cops weren't killing them, they'd be killing each other" mindset when the same sentiment can be said for any community. people are more likely to commit crimes against other people in their own community, and that has nothing to do with people being hunted and treated unfairly by those who are supposed to serve and protect the community.
