It's not a good idea honestly.
Streaming doesn't seem to be related to digital downloads or radio. So a special release on Streaming only will hurt the sales from her fanbase but much less the sales from the general iTunes user.
On the contrary, releasing this on radio and not on iTunes would definetely hurt her sales. Probably it would still have a great first week, but no longevity on iTunes. So the total digital sales would be tragic, and we still need them for a decent certification.
I think they could wait a week or two, but more wouldn't be great.
You are probably right only if they aim to a decent peak (like Beyonce's Formation). But Demi needs genuine hits imo. Who cares about peak at the end of the day (as long as it doesn't peak at #11, or #21 again -.-)
