Four months.
Even then, who says the lead has to come so early? That's only a strategy for her November releases to benefit from the big sales. Now it's in the Spring. "Oops!" released as the lead single at the very end of March, with the album released just 6 weeks later.
If it is the album, which I'm sure it is since every reliable source has confirmed an album for June, then they are probably going with that strategy. The single should be out the end of next month or sometime in April.
