Grace was confronting her about the painting because up until that point she only thought there was one baby, her brother Boone. She was also wanting Gigi to stay away from her father. Note how she never says "You're the Red Devil" or anything of that sort. Also note Gigi's "what are you gonna do, kill me?" It really isnt that much of a reach because WHOEVER the RD is, they killed Gigi for some reason.

Assuming the original plan of the 3 was just for revenge, Grace didn't know that Boone has a twin. Would also make sense why Boone & Gigi ended up dead as Gigi's motive was different. As for the confrontation, if you watch it again it was all just about the other baby.

It's actually brilliant if it ends up like that. To think I doubed Ryan!
