Well Chris Lilly is this australian guy that makes tv shows where he dresses up as different characters and Ja'mie is one of them.
He played the role of Ja'mie in Summer Heights High back in 2005 and now there a new show called Ja'mie Private School Girl of which the first episode just aired.
