Nicki's remix of Boss Ass Bitch goes hard I wasn't even checking for her like that but she has intrigued.

The hive claims anything that has Beyonce attached to it. It's no surprise.

All of her albums aren't trash. IASF is and most of DIL. She has lots of filler on her **** that I don't use.
Speaking of... I've been saying XO is trash and the song I use the least on the album and I simply said I could understand why someone would consider the Challenger **** insensitive, but of course its "hating" or "sheepish. You can't criticize one thing about this heaux. This stanning ****... Some of them blindly follow their "faves", ****ing brainless.

I have a feeling you might like it. It's like a mixture of B'Day and 4.

Mess. XO is a great song, far better than a lot of the mess on Top 40 radio, but opinions are opinions. And the sample makes sense with the message of the song. I understand why some people don't like it though, but the sample in undoubtedly related to the message of the song lol.
Anywho, they probably jumped on you because the majority of the people in that thread ARE feigning outrage just to finally latch onto something "negative" after Bey's surprise success. Half the people in there claiming to be upset and disgusted don't actually give a **** lmao. And this is ATRL sis, all stans are like that. The Hive is nowhere near fanbases like the Monsters and Beliebers anyway.

What Beliebers? There are barely any on ATRL and they definitely are not anywhere near the level of The Hive. I would say The Monsters were up there but they've all went into hiding or jumped ship so they aren't that bad.
-----
I think I'm the only one who uses Missy x Timba's last two singles. I is talkin' bout "Triple Threat" & "9th Inning"

I mean the fanbases in general. ATRL Beliebers are just fine tbh.

Oh okay. In that case, the Disney stans are on the next level ****. The Army too.
----
So I was listening to 9th Inning again and the lyrics caught me off guard & got me thinking:
"(YEAH!) or like Lady Ga' (Gaga)
Why you let a ***** do ya whole album?
Where you think that fake producer got ya style from?
Come **** witta *****, watch the outcome"
Y'all think Lady Gaga will run to Timba? After 20/20, Magna Carta.... Holy Grail, & BEYONCÉ, I think that's a huge possibility. She's coming for her Bedtime Stories era
B00kMARK me.

I mean it's cute, but I just don't use it especially in comparison to the rest of the material on the album; however, if you compare it to a lot of the Top 40 it is more quality but that's not really saying much. The sampling may make sense for the context of the song, but who are we to say anything if the families of the victims and the ones actually affected by it find it insensitive? The only thing I said was she should've notified the families prior to recording/releasing. I understand it's public domain, but it's public domain because it's a national tragedy and used for education purposes not to be tacked onto cheesy pop songs.
I'm not even bashing the girl. I don't care enough about any celebrity to drag them to the pits. The Challenger disaster happened a year before I was born and I had to write a report on it in 5th grade. I instantly recognized it, thought to myself "wow really Bey" and moved on. If I really wanted to convey a message about "losing your loved one" I would have used something generic. It's a visual album. She could've easily reenacted a tragic car accident or something that isn't personally attached to someone else's real life pain and misery because I'm sure, if it were her, she wouldn't want anyone else capitalizing off of a traumatic event in her life in the name of "art". Beyonce very much wants to be in control of every aspect of her life (pretty obvious how meticulous she is) so why couldn't give the victim's families the same opportunity?
Just speaking rationally.

I pretty much agree. I don't have a problem with the sample because it makes sense with the songs message (I also think it sounds really good with the production of the song, but that's irrelevant lol). I'm pretty sure the people who aren't haters who are outraged didn't see the connection between the song and the sample, and thus think she's just tacking on a tragedy to sell a random pop song, which isn't what's happening.
In regards to the family, I also think she probably should've contacted the family. It's public domain, so it probably didn't even cross her mind. But it would've been nice if she could've contacted them first and told them about the meaning of the song and the usage of the sample so that they understood. That would've been better than them hearing about the song and getting offended without knowing or understanding the context. Hopefully they understand now that she's released that statement explaining the song.
Anyway, I still think she should add a tribute message in the beginning or end of the video to make it explicit for the people who aren't understanding the connection.

Agreed.
Someone I know tried to drag Kelly talking about domestic abuse because she mentioned Bey. It was a case of 'some things should be kept private'. Like BYE.
The militancy of the hive angers me at times. I love Bey, but she is not perfect, and this perfectionist culture is foolish.

Of course, but out of all the pop/urban girls, she's the closest to it, and the Hive knows it. It is what it is.

She's the only one who's really marketed to be though. She's the only one that has a slightly squeaky clean image.
Rihanna is a mess and I don't think she tries to show otherwise. Britney, GaGa, all the rest of those bitches all show that less than perfect side. Everything Bey does always is controlled. Which isn't bad, but the pain she reveals is always on her terms. A lot of the other ones have had to live through imperfections in the public spotlight.
Unless we're strictly talking talent then yes... I guess. It's never been about how good a bitch can sing or dance to me though. As long as they can put out good music then that's all that matters to me. That's why I'm going to be critical of Bey and her music no matter how wide of a range she has.

Same. I like imperfections, we're human. No human is perfect and the uber controlled thing that Mathew had going on did work, but it imo has it downsides.

I wouldn't say she's marketed to be perfect. She just treats her job as, well, an actual job, and keeps the mess to herself and outside the workplace. And I think that's why she always seems to be in a good place. Keeping your job and your actual life separate, choosing when to and what to allow to cross over, is the best for keeping a happy life. I respect her for that; if I were a celeb, I'd do the same.
Anyway, BEYONCÉ is all about embracing imperfection. She's allowed a lot more cross over and it shows in the music and in the documentaries. This era >

I'm really happy about this era, I couldn't even imagine any of this, it's like she just did her, and what she was happy with, no hold backs, Just her feelings, thoughts and stories
