To be honest, its not even close to the end of the era.

She can either focus on the pop side, and make $$$ from pop sales, including the tour. Or she could promote the urban side and get those sales up. Or do both.

It is annoying she's lost a lot of buyers, but at the same time, the pop side has made her an international tour de force, especially in the UK where she's bordering Rihanna territory. So it comes with the territory. Sucks.

We have to stay positive though. I mean the haters would try and drag her regardless. If it wasn't first week sales it'd be her Metacritic score/reviews and then second week drop. So yeah, the era is far from over. This album clearly won't just fall off the charts.

She needs to decide whether to focus on pop side, or focus on the urban side. She clearly can't do both.

Internationally, she needs to focus on pop, because nobody's here for urban Nicki. But in the US, she needs to decide asap.

If this prediction rings true.then we should expect a lot of dragging; however its another #1 album and I do believe this album will have legs and sell well. With videos and other promotion coming in I expect sales to keep steady.

The first week sales are disappointing but i can see why they're so low. She almost deserves it. I love her to death and I understand that she's trying to broaden her appeal right now, but if you market yourself like a pop star, then you earn the results that a pop star would. Her first-week would be closer to 600k if she had just released something that appealed to urban audiences.

NO, they are not. They are her original fan base. THEY would have gotten her a better first week. I mean Rap albums have way better first weeks than Pop albums. That is the problem. She is neglecting the Urban crowd.
