I see sychung4650's pressed bitterness has brought out the fight in Serena!
Maybe that is the difference between a win and a loss for ha.... how pathetic sychung is being?
I guess that would explain her 17 grand slams, because sychung seems to be pressed constantly

Or maybe the weak era got her 17 slams?

You can't measure a "weak" era. It is all opinion. There is no effective measure of this at all.
I could say Steffi was in a weak era, or Martina, or King, and I would have just as much backing it up as you do.

Even if Serena loses the match, that comeback is telling. Very few players can motivate themselves to come back like that.

You must be fuming right now. Tell me, how does it feel to see this happen so many times?

You pressed souls should know by now that none of these girls are safe until they shake Serena's hand after the last ball is struck. Don't gloat too early, you might just end up looking like a complete fool.

Kerber is a mess as always. That girl definitely needs to improve in snatching the sets or she's not going to go anywhere
Nice to see Serena fighting like she's doing, I haven't seen her like this in a while

Serena wins Stanford 7-6(1) 6-3. Fought from 1-5 down in the first set and cruised from there on. I'll have to see the highlights to see how well she played but I'm guessing she just started slow. 4th title of the year. Let's hope that she gets the US Open title in a month.

Glad to see Errani destroyed by Lisicki.

If anyone is curious, here is a list of players I dislike.
Men: Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Milos Raonic, Ernests Gulbis, Jerzy Janowicz, Juan Martin del Potro, Kevin Anderson, John Isner, Sam Querrey, Grigor Dimitrov, Sergiy Stakhovsky, Ivo Karlovic
Women: Serena Williams, Li Na, Petra Kvitova, Eugenie Bouchard, Sloane Stephens, Sara Errani, Roberta Vinci, Agneizska Radwanska, Urzula Radwanska, Nadia Petrova, Flavia Pennetta, Lucie Safarova, Klara Zakapolova/Koukalova
Of course, I still favor some over others (e.g. I would want Dimitrov to beat Nadal, or Errani to beat Serena)

...because I am not a self obsessed hateful person my list of players I dislike is short.
Women: Sharapova (Not anything personal. I just feel like she gets more attention than her minimal achievements deserve.)
Men: Murray (For the kiis)

Why do you even bother hating players out of the top 10? They're so irrelevant..

Ch...
"Minimal achievements" when she's one of the few players to hold all four slams.

Everything is relative.
She has 5 slam titles, yet gets more attention than many players who achieved 7+ like Henin or Venus. This has been true almost from day 1.

She's extremely marketable, and could easily retire and live off of her earnings so far. I think it's pretty commendable and indicative of her hunger/will to win that she still plays with as much intensity as she did at 17.
At least it's not like Anna K who was snatching up paychecks and giving very little on court.
