Kats (and Army) think she's going to do PRISM numbers again , there is no interest for her anymore. Since Prism a lot has happened and she hasn't done anything outside Super Bowl.
Katie is so over. If she waits until 2017 to release, she goes up against Taylor and will have had a 4 year gap between albums (Xtina did this before Bionic). Beyonce can propser without hits, Tit can't.
