My guess is that they first tried to do a movie with a tone more like Gravity but it didn't work & they edited so it was more like a blockbuster but it backfired on them cause it ended not being either

It was a cute attempt gone wrong I honestly think it has replay value. It was beautifully shot, just terrible everything else. I found it more interesting than Gravity because I can't take Sandra seriously.
