It's definitely bigger than BBHMM, even Pour it Up.
The song was not released in Europe, actually just in US. International radio are unlikely to play an urban song, even more if it's not released. Plus it's not like there's the only Rih to play when they have TIWYCF, but even Too Good and Sledgehammer.
