I am happy for Demi this era. I haven't listened to Confident (the album) in full, but this song is exactly what the title says. And I'm glad she's embodying that.
It is too loud for the radio in my opinion. For example, on one hand I like Confident and think it is a catchy song. On the other hands, i just don't want to repeat it again and again coz it's quite loud but not loud in the way i like. May be it's just for me.
I feel the exact same way. Its kinda weird because I feel like the album is a really good album, most of the songs are great songs but yes I agree is lacking obvious hits. Even DEMI had lots of options that you could hear them and be like omg this a damn hit. With this one I think Kingdom come could be a radio hit, its the most obvious choice and I really really feel like she should release Stone Cold after KC it'd showcase her amazing voice.
Pretty much any song on DEMI could be a single, she already said she made DEMI to get hits, it simply wasn't her..
