Barbra's album has a 55 on Metacritic but it has Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album nod (and maybe win) on lock, on top of exceptional sales Cover albums typically don't get much acclaim, most of them actually don't even get enough reviews to have a Metascore (see Bublè's Christmas).

Great to read someone with actual facts and with 0 anger. Most of the real Bey fans have this as her worst album, but the fact of having If I Were a Boy, Single Ladies and Halo was enough for the GRAMMYs.
Her wins were 'cause she was the it girl during those days, and the GRAMMYs (contrary to what some people believe) factors IMPACT and acclaim, not only acclaim, most of the time.
My comment was just 'cause it's annoying to see that monsters haven't learned nothing and with just a little spark of hope (the irrelevant reviews that don't count for MC), tend to start being super arrogant again.
Being realistic, it's almost sure that this album will be nominated in some small categories for the next grammys, and it will have more to do with Tony than GaGa.
