Eh... the label knows it will.
Leaks suck, but they're really uncontrollable... and they hardly ever have an impact sales outside of the first week. If the artist puts in the work, the reward will be there. The only real way to combat leaks it completely eliminate the label's power and containing it within the production team. Having an extremely supervised event. Things of that nature. Nobody wants to shell out the extra money for that. Especially not for an artist like Kylie who's putting out her billionth album and has proven the consistently bring money in from selling records and shows.
It just takes one person to get the file out. It'll happen.
