It doesn't quite work like that, they base Social Media rankings on the amount of times a person was mentioned on Twitter and Facebook not the likes or followers, which makes more sense.
And Rihanna still made more money last year than 6 people on that list and was snubbed because you can't just make 19M than the person last place and be the one who topped the social rank more times and not be on the list. So much time wasted in a thread trying to shade her for what?
