How does the selection process work? Is it a democracy or a cheerocracy? Can one mod veto a member even if they have a majority vote?

I think you guys should have a voting method as convoluted as the Electoral College. That's my campaign promise

I think they should have parties. Me, you, and Willy can be the Democratic party and they just vote for whatever party they prefer.

The people should have a say in it.
