I'm sure there is still a chance that Lily could enter this game, there's loads of twists and turns... That's what big brother is all about. New housemates always enter in the UK version, but it's totally different to the ameican one... Then again Kaysar got to come back in season 6 of BBUSA after being eliminated a few weeks before, so you never know
