Obviously I won't be able to stan for her as much if she completely retires or something, but I think she'll always be my #1 overall fave and I will always defend her past music/career for as long as I live and I will force my children to love her discography and if any of them like Rainbow best I will disown them.

Mariah Carey‘s forthcoming album The Art of Letting Go will be a real family affair: in addition to herself, her kids and her husband all sing on it, too.

Speaking to Ebony magazine for its new cover story, Mariah says that twins Monroe and Moroccan, plus hubby Nick Cannon, lend their vocal stylings to one particular track on the record, which is due out in the spring. “It’s so sweet, [they'll] have this for the rest of their lives,” says Mariah, adding that she wants the kids and Nick to join her on tour so they can all sing the song — whose title is still under wraps — live on stage. In the Ebony cover story, Mariah and Nick also talk about their marital bond, which they say has been strengthened by the arrival of the twins. “All the love you have for each other is manifested into these two incredible beings,” explains Mariah. No. Mariah is my all-time fave and will remain that away. Her music is incomparable and I can't see any other girl making music that convinces me to pick her over Mariah.

That being said, nowadays I guess I don't do the "stanning" part for Mariah as much as I used to, simply because she's not as active in her career as she used to be. Hence why Beyoncé is my avi rn instead of Mariah.
