Obviously a video from 2011 will have more overall views than a video from 1999.
However we can compare their
recurrent views and they prove that Sometimes and Not A Girl are more used than HIAM or TTWE in 2016/2017. No one cares about how many views they got in 2011 aka their release year (the views aren't even good considering Run The World has like 300 million views and it took HIAM 4 years to be certified hihi).
The FF era spawned some quick lil radio hits but they're completely forgotten now. Tragic recurrent views, tragic catalog sales and tragic Spotify streams. And I know someone who willingly stans for the FF era is not talking about
FAT PEOPLE. The fact she's not even including TTWE (the only hit from FF) in her promo performances these days says it all.
