Ugh I hope Miley regains momentum, idk how she's been on this tour with literally two huge singles only.
I hope the '4x4' video comes out soon and if not she pulls a Rihanna and like literally jumps into the next album, because I will be all for it.

So, I saw her in Nashville on the 7th. The whole experience leading up to the show was a ****ing disaster. It rained so hard and I had to park nearly a mile away, and ended up selling my umbrella to some stranger for $20 as I was walking to the arena. I arrived, completely soaked and carrying a grocery store bag with my items in it. I looked like ****. And there were tons of tweens screaming as they ran into the arena. I had an incredibly hard time finding my seat, and the staff was so rude. I had a better experience with them when I saw Kanye.
I arrived halfway through Lily's set. It was such a bummer. I was looking forward to seeing her as well. I had extremely bad seats (I was probably 10-15 seats from the highest point possible in the arena). I was so annoyed with the situation that I didn't really enjoy Lily's set or pay enough attention, which I completely regret because she was amazing. Anyway, Miley finally came out, and I felt this huge rush of energy. I didn't freak out like I thought I would, but she looked so... normal. It was weird. I guess I always have this weird image in my head of celebrities, and when I see them, they're so normal.
The show was amazing. She definitely knows how to put on a great show. I immediately realized that the whole Bangerz Tour is a joke (intentionally) and she was dragging herself throughout the entire show (I LOVED the background videos, especially "SMS", the cartoon was hilarious). She didn't twerk as much as I thought, but I still found myself slightly offended at times (like when she reached in her dancer's boxers during "#GETITRIGHT" and was talking about how big his dick is). But that's the whole point of the show, right? I felt so bad for her when everybody was throwing their bras and underwear on stage. At first, it was funny, but she seemed visibly uncomfortable after a certain point. I feel like people are taking their misconceptions about her too far at this point.
The talking bits were really insightful. It made me realize just how good of a person she is. The speeches were probably the same for all of the shows, but the speech before "Adore You" where she basically invites everybody to kiss and makeout without whoever they want, regardless of gender and sexual orientation, was adorable. And the speech about Floyd where she said that we need to appreciate our loved ones while we have them, and not be able to have a great time with them. The highlight of the show was definitely her performance of "Not Fair" with Lily during the acoustic set. I was really shocked!
Overall, it was one of the best concerts I've been to. My only regret is getting such terrible seats.
For those who didn't see the video (it's not mine):
So glad you had a great time! I do think sometimes Miley regrets the whole twerking/fun thing, I think she does wanna be taken seriously at some point but I also think she's probably waiting till this whole era is over? IDK during my show in Miami, she was pretty fun and outgoing and literally it was a big ass party, she interacted with the crowd so much. I absolutely adore how people throw things up on stage for her to wear and she puts it on and etc, she's amazing
She'd be more amazing if she put out the '4x4' video tho and performed it at the VMA's
A new song has been added on her ASCAP, they must've added it pretty recently... I check it every other month and it wasn't there last time I checked.
Joy Williams is the part of now ex-duo The Civil Wars, and Matt Brownleewe... he seemed to have produced/written songs for David Archuleta, Aly & AJ, Selena and some other people I have never heard of
That's been there for years. I think it must have been a cover of this song that got left off the HM: Movie soundtrack.

Why she is not even comfirmed that Miley would attend to this year VMAS?? I need a perfomance even as a ft. With pharell would Work for me!!
This bitch better attend and win video of the year!!
I want her to perform so bad and i hope she wins a VMA since Wrecking Ball mv was a monster hit, but we thought the same with WCS and look what happened...
It would seriously be something if Beyonce got the award.
Voting and rigging aside, it'd be pretty rude to not give Miley something after what she did for them last year.

It'd be pretty ****** of them. I just have this gut feeling they'll try to capitalize on Beyonce's big Vanguard night + tribute and performance and include the VOT win as the cherry on top.
I would LOVE to be proven wrong though, Miley deserves the award.

I hope to be proven wrong as well, but I honestly see them snubbing her and making it all about Bey and giving her the award as the cherry on top like they did with JT

Either way, I hope she at least attends so she can give it a fighting chance. If she doesn't attend it's probably not going to happen.
