She has the immense public fascination, the actual legendary praise (not from Meghan Trainors and Ariana Grande's who grew up on her), she has the vast acclaim which is a major thing Britney lacks (shitload of GRAMMYs, destroys Year End rankings, Metacritic scores unmatched, etc), and everyone has that knowledge that even if you don't know any of her songs she is still a huge huge name.
