If Miley is expected to sell 500K, Katy will more than likely be over 300K. We couldn't expect Katy to keep selling like hotcakes forever. It's going to have to lower and stabilize itself at some point.
I'm starting to think WB could be #1 next week even though Katy still has the edge cause she's also very big on streaming (especially Spotify, much bigger than WB)
but after that Roar has a good chance of climbing back to #1 thanks to huge airplay and good sales+streaming

I think Gaga was confirmed for 9.7M and her YT statistics tab shows that (kinda) and Roar's is above 10M. So that should mean that Roar was watched approximately by 11M ppl on the first day, right?
