I can't undo any warnings I didn't give; it's not respectful to the moderator who did manage the report. One of you could send in a help request explaining the situation if you both agree it should be reversed since it involved the two of you, but even then I can't guarantee that whichever moderator warned you would reverse it depending upon what was said.

No - other moderators can reverse those warning points, but its important for us to function as a team. If we take issue with a warning or how something was handled, we all discuss it rather than immediately overriding another's actions.
