#HORROR was so bad which is sad considering I really really wanted to like it. It had some good ideas but the movie made no sense at times. The app game placed throughout the movie was cool to look at but it made no sense to me. The acting was average besides a great performance from Chloe Sevingy who didn't get much to do. The best parts about the movie was the cinematography and look of the film (it was so gorgeous), the editing, and the house. Everything else was just poor and the end result was just a huge mess. Do not recommend. 3.5/10.

Now getting that out of the way, I'm getting slayed again by Unfriended. Easily my favorite horror of the year. It Follows who?

I just watched The Visit, it was at least entertaining if anything.

the scene where the 'grandma' is crawling after them under the house had me rolling.

It Follows, Unfriended, Housebound, The Guest (more of a thriller though), Insidious: Chapter 3 (you don't even need to see the first two to watch it), The Final Girls, and Honeymoon are really good. Creep was pretty good too.

I guess The Gift is pretty family friendly for a thriller. Just released in September.

It did not get a proper theatrical release. Was just released on Netflix/DVD though.

I wanted to , but none of my friends are into English movies. I watch them with my cousins in theater (but that's like 6 or 7 movies a year only)

I end up watching most of the movies alone on my T.V.

I so wish I lived in some other country than India because almost 95% people here are exclusively into Bollywood music and movies. I can't even talk to my friends about latest music and movies. I was like guys have you heard Demi's new song cool for the summer? They were like who is Demi? I mean Sonny with a chance was pretty popular but they didn't watch that too

It's supposed to be a Gothic Romance, but it's such a good film that uses classic horror.

Well, its not that I didnt like it it was a nice movie but they marketed it as a horror movie and called it scary when it wasn't. That was my main problem.
