Lady Gaga probably wont get a #1 on the Hot 100 anytime soon...
and honestly i dont see Pokerface doing that well on the US Charts....
We'll have to wait and see. Around Feb/march I can see it at the top end of the charts. It's starting to rise now, even if it is slow. Just dance still has a chance to get no.1, but it will have to get huge sales after x-mas to beat beyonce. If she doesn't then it will probably peak at no.2
Killing my killing my, I think we need a pokerface, she got us hypnotized
Can't read my,
Can't read my
No he can't read my poker face
(she's got to love nobody)

When Miley released her sophomore album, Breakout in July 2008, two non-singles, "Breakout" and "Fly on the Wall", rocketed up the charts and lasted nearly two-four months on iTunes Top 100 since the album's release. In mid-August, "Fly on the Wall" was released as a single to Radio Disney and a live video was being played on Disney Channel. The song moved up again on iTunes to the lower half of the 80's. Just after falling off, the single received an adds date of early November. The song moved up in airplay, and was riding off the backspin of Cyrus' last two hit singles, "See You Again" (#4) and "7 Things" (#20). After performances of the 2008 AMAs, and other Fox and ABC shows, the song moved up into the top 40 of iTunes, almost re-peaking what it had when released back in July. Unfortunately, the song fell quickly, and hasn't been seen on iTunes for weeks. The single also had a triple digit negative bullet on Mediabase, and is slowly falling off the chart after peaking at #48. Now, as it falls close to #60, Miley has re-entered the iTunes Top 120 at #120, during the Holiday Freeze. The Holiday Freeze is when Christmas songs and re-currents rocket up airplay and digital sales charts. After subtracting Christmas songs from the race, "Fly on the Wall" would be #102! All I want to say is, why is it, that when she has no airplay to back it up, Fly on the Wall speeds up in sales?
^^ She is the most popular female artist on Disney right now so that's constant promotion alone. And the younger audience that she caters too have a greater chance of getting their parents to buy her album and/or singles especially for the holiday season rather than download it illegally. Her sales are definitely a factor.

Yes, but, when she has airplay, she barely has any downloads. It sucks. This means she won't chart high on the Hot 100.
