Can any Japanese sistren (or people who buy CDs from Japan regularly) help me out? CDJapan's Joanne price is insanely high: $24 + at least $7 shipping if I don't want to wait 2-6 weeks ($20 to be shipped within a week)

what exactly are they supposed to help you with, you didn't ask any question.

Bonus tracks in Japan are a thing for that exact reason cause albums are expensive over there and they want to encourage people to buy album locally instead ordering it online form other countries etc

Pre-order the album on iTunes (it's like $11 the deluxe) so you'll have it instantly on the release day and then buy the Japanese version, when it arrives it arrives. I'm considering doing so myself.
