I think before calling any K-Pop group in Japan a flop you have to take into consideration the amount of promo they do which is usuallly none. They just release the singles and hope for the best.
Actually currently KARA is the only group I know to actively promote in Japan.
Yes, I know how they do in a week, because they are the biggest artists in Japan ATM. But how 107K is a flop? Especially for a foreign group? It means they made almost 2 million dollars with this single
