At some point we can't blame it all on Modest and the media though. Yeah they're purposefully alienating Harry from the others but he's not doing anything to change that perception of him. Going off writing songs on his own that aren't for one direction, having recording sessions on his own, traveling to group locations on his own, etc. When they're asked about if they see themselves still being a group in 5 years he's never the first to say yes. Granted he's not a good public speaker so that may be why.

Thing is. They probably all KNOW they will not be together in five years.
Making the fact that Harry (who is the one set up for the biggest solo career) is the first to pipe up that he sees them together in 5 years kind of off-putting.
