Yes when I used to live in the projects my friends would plan where they're gunna smoke on that day, cordinate schudules and make sure it's near some type of fast food place so they can cure the munchies

Well, i don't really live in the projects. I live in a conservative-as-**** hick town and all the teenagers go out to this spot in the middle of the woods and get high, and they spend all night out there. I went one time, it was my last time. It's not even fun, everyone just hot boxes their tents and eat chips all night.

I hope Rih is performing at the Billboard Awards, though!
