I like her pose but other than that it's one of worst. There's nothing natural or almost even about it, and she looks like Beyoncé. Photoshop perfection I'd say but ok.
I love, however, the cover of the "Ultra Platinum Edition" which corrects these flaws.

Would that be your first Mariah CD? Then hell yes, it's worth it! Get the Essential complilation/Greatest Hits but do not purchase the one-disc "Playlist: The Very Best Of" which is a random collection of songs includig album fillers.
