No... Britney does not need to go higher. TRL means nothing anymore. Maybe in the 90's but now no one watches TRL. I'm still surprised it's on air. If TRL had any indication of what is "hot" most of the people on the countdown wouldn't even be on there.
Now if you want to argue about TRL without trying to bring in any artists in particular like you just did go ahead but if you keep trying to bring in Britney or any other artist, go **** yourself.
