I'm just happy she got a recording contract. I was afraid that her not winning would lessen her chance of getting one. Now she can build a better life for her daughter
I knew a woman wasn't going to win once I saw the white guys they put through. Trent isn't at all awful but after the last 9(?) seasons, its' pretty clear that Idol voters have a type.
Firm reminder of why this show is ending.
As soon as I caught on to this "type" I stopped watching. Unfortunately the more talented people are often overlooked for the guys that fit this mold smh
