that was my original goal but now that i've kinda reached it i'm just keeping on with my workout regimen without a specific focus. i also work on my legs (squats, lunges) because i don't want to have stick thin legs with muscles up top.

I don't do all of that, aint got time for that. I just want to work on my chest and forearms - my biceps are already a decent size for my liking. My thighs and legs were already on the thick side so I'm not concerned about that either.
I thought I would never gain weight either but somehow over the summer my diet has been all over the place so I can't even give you any pointers on how I did it.
