Funn how you pick and choose which witness ti believe. There was also witnesses on video claiming Mike had his hands up right after it happened. There's also a kid on Twitter who was live reporting it, and many others who say the same thing. Officers changed their story so many times, Mike's final shot was to the head after the 5 previous ones that hit from a distance. There is too much conflicting stories in this case, if Wilson is truly innocent he should prove that to a court
See, this is what y'all are failing to understand. The moment Mike Brown attacked and tried to take the gun away, he committed a felony. Protocol states that if an officer fears for his safety or the safety of a third party he has the right to use deadly force. If the offender has committed a felony and flees, which Mike Brown did by attacking and attempting to take away the gun, the officer has the right to use deadly force.
I think (aside from the obvious justice and racial institutions) people are aware of that being what the police view as correct but want reformation on that standard. I'm not even a racial minority and I was raised to be in fear and in terror of the police (more like the shark ready to kill, rather than the dolphin that leads you to safety). I can't imagine what others go through.
