I don't think so. I think we got that rumor by someone who claimed that he/she heard Linda Perry saying in an interview that Christina was going to record a new english and spanish albums soon, and that they would be release this year. We didn't get to see that interview, so it's most likely fake.

I was listening to her radio last night though, and she said that she would like to do a new spanish album in the future, so that means... not anytime soon.

Exactly! But I agree, doing a spanish album wouldn't be the best choice right now.
