It's hard to tell what shape Gaga's career is in. She didn't really suffer a devastating flop, she just kinda abandoned the era right after the album was released.

UNA sounds a million times better now then it did in November 2012... Get It Over With and No Love Allowed became personal favorites of mine but at the time of release I could care less about them. I'd rather have an album that grows and develops new meaning for me over time than something I love at first but end up hating months later
