Dany is important to the rest of the story, particularly for the War of Dawn. Sansa is useless, even Arya has a much more important role to play at this point

Nobody would riot. Dany and Jon are one dimensional and boring. Sansa vs Cersei in Season 7 would be much more exciting and compelling since they both had incredible character development throughout the series.

Yup I know, but it wasn't confirmed Rhaegar is the father of Lyanna's kid on the show, was it?

Rhaegar Targaryen, Dany's brother.

Except Jon, Dany, Tyrion and Bran, everyone's useless. That's why I think they'll be the only major players who survive next year.
Maybe Arya too, but not sure about her tbh.

She can only bring destruction and death, as she did to Khal Drogo, as she did to the house of the Undying, as she did oh so very much in the slavers' bay. Dany can't bring peace and rule to Westeros, so she will arrive when they need what she can bring; Fire and Blood.
Dany is infertile, she can't have any children. Without heirs, I can't see her ending the series on the iron throne unless it's presented as an utterly empty victory as she knows she'll only hold it for a few short decades before she dies and the realm falls to chaos once again.
|
It isn't really confirmed that Dany is infertile, I mean Mirri hated Dany with a passion so its possible that she was just saying things to spite her. She is learning slowly from her father's mistakes, and her character has developed into a woman who understands how wrong and evil her father was.

I might be the only one who thought Cersei's doing was completely out of character. I thought she was supposed to do anything to keep Tommen safe and whatnot? She didn't see it coming or she didn't care? Either way, I didn't like her character development.

to do LSH
and yet they waste it on a character like Sam who literally no one cares about and who is not going to make a difference in the story.
Margaery's spidey sense was impressive, she nearly wiggled herself out of that predicament along with her brother who was already broken. And even when they were snuffed out at the last minute because of Cersei's wildfire, she knew what was going on. This scene really made me appreciate her more, though it sucks that she's dead now. I'm sad for Olenna losing her son and her grandchildren. House Tyrell is lost now unless paralyzed Wylas (from the books) is able to get some.

it has been kind of established in the books, that Sam will find something in that library that will be crucial for the war against the Dead.

He might not be. There's a theory that Rheagar and Lyanna got married in secret, but idk about that.
Guess we'll find out next year.

Not really. Arya is just a murderer at this point, while Sansa is playing the Game of Thrones.
Without her actions, Winterfell would still belong to the Boltons, and Jon would be dead, and with him possibly the only hope for humanity against the White Walkers.
So if Jon becomes a crucial part in the war against the WW, that would mean that Sansa indirectly saved humanity from its doom by saving Jon's live.
When will Arya?

Dany stans are so dim..kiii.
Dany downfall will come. Her story is a tragedy to me. She is intelligent and fierce and compassionate, in general just a force to be reckoned with, but her flaws, her violent nature and deep unhappiness and discontentment, loneliness, will sow only destruction and misery for innocent people and perhaps herself. It's not what she deserves, it certainly isn't her intention, but it's what seems likely to me.

He doesn't exist on the show. Loras is the only Tyrell heir to Highgarden and that's why Tywin was able to threaten Olenna a couple of seasons ago with having Loras added to the Kingsguard.

But that LITERALLY serves NO purpose for the rest of the story.
There is a war to be fought with white walkers who could destroy the realm, I don't quite remember Cersei or Sansa giving birth to 3 key weapons that could potentially stop the white walkers?

!!!
As much as I stan and adore Dany, I really hope they aren't going to make her some sort of unbeatable goddess. I hope no one is invincible because that would ruin the oint of the whole show imo. Besides if Dany fell instead of stood strong it would make things even more interesting and make the whole plot at whole lot less predictable.

It's not annoying. It makes you feel uncomfortable. I think it was the first time they used a piano and as soon as I heard that, I knew **** was about to go down. It was perfect.

Like... are we all watching the same show.
Jon's been preaching this since season 1. The throne is meaningless. Rooting for Sansa is pointless. White walkers hunnies. They're the real threat.

I can see Dumb&Dumber making Sansa resent Jon in Season 7 even though that would be completely out of character. Anything to further the plot I guess.

This.
Cersei really doesn't have any use for the show anymore except to play the evil villain for S7, until the REAL villains make their anticipated appearance beyond the wall in S8.
