I think that was the problem here. The chorus is repeated THE SAME EXACT WAY all the time. I think if Rihanna sung at least one or a couple of them and they changed at least the pit in some of them this would be 1.000.000 times better

Girl, you can't be serious. This is a Shakira song, as a fan, I expect Shakira to sing 90% of the song. I did not wait for 4 years to get a song that has Rihanna 60% of the time even though I like her. R8 is coming if you're that thirsty.

The song has the perfect amount of Rihanna in it. Let it be. Personally I think the dance version would have done better but I'm glad they didn't play it safe. The only reason why some people hate the chorus is because they can't get it out of their heads, I do wish she would have done more vocal play in the chorus. I'm pretty sure Shaki is just setting up the platform for the main event.
The song is perfect as is, and has the perfect amount of Rihanna and Shakira. I am in love with the so g and if the AMERICAN GP doesn't like it, it's their loss.
