I also think Gaga has the ballad advantage in that she's a much better singer than Britney, and ballads are more dependent on that. But still, at the end of the day it would all depend on the strength of their ballads.

After her win at the VMAs, everyone expected BTW to be a ballad. Most people weren't thrilled.

Her formula is dance pop music and she shall stick to it (for the most part)

Gaga is the better singer. But on the ballads, it would also take into account the likability of the voice. In my opinion, Britney's voice sounds like an angel, and she would definitely sound beautiful on ballads, even though Gaga would sing it way better. But I guess it would depend on the ballad

I really do hope this is the second single as well. This might end up being my second favorite Britney album, if it can beat out In The Zone

I personally love Speechless and it IS a great ballad. That said, so is Everytime and Someday which Britney did very well on. Gaga has the piano advantage and the writing skill advantage but I would still love to see the final products. I just hope EOG isn't some over the top ass rock ballad unless it gives We Dont Need Another Hero teas.

Probaby. Social change takes time though. I don't know if she will have social change or not ( I don't think she will have huge impact with this song, or at least not right away), but if she were to cause it, it wouldnt' happen overnight. Social change has never happened overnight. It will most likely take a series of singers/pop icons to do the same.

Britney wrote both Everytime and Someday with the latter only written by her. She can also play piano.
