People who are going to buy it will buy it regardless of a leak because they are big fans, people that don't want to buy it but want to listen to it will download the stream and get it for free anyways. There will be no impact to sales if it leaks today or tomorrow. In fact a leak could even be beneficial, some people who didn't expect to love it may get on board and pre-order adding to the sales.
