Ellie finally making her way to number one Impressive run!
Pretty sweet that you're charting the Sugar remix here! I like it, speaking of liking things, I really like Carly's new song so I'm glad to see it charting here and making its debut
Ellie Goulding's reign has just started. The sexy "Love Me Like You Do" song from the hit movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" earns a second consecutive week at the summit of the PlatinumCharts. LMLYD became Goulding's second chart-topper and fourth Top 10 single.
Taylor Swift continues her upward course as "Style" climbs at #2. Her third "1989" single also becomes her third consecutive Top3 hit as both "Shake It Off" and "Blank Space" peaked high, with the latter spending 5 weeks at #1. Florence + the Machine's new single titled "What Kind of Man" rises at #3.. It's their first single from the upcoming album "How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful".
Three former chart-toppers fall at nos. 4, 5 and 6 this week. Olly Murs and his Demi Lovato assisted single "Up" goes down 2 spots this week at #4. "Up" spent just a week in the summit. Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney's "FourFiveSeconds" is stable at #5 for a second week and Ed Sheeran's one-week-ruler "Thinking Out Loud" rises 7-6 in its 14th week on the chart.
Maroon 5's sugary "Sugar" drops 6-7 this week. The song peaked at #6 last week. Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars mega smash "Uptown Funk!" is a non-mover at #8 and Nick Jonas returns to the Top10 with his single "Chains" which bows at #9. The Weeknd's "Earned It" falls 9-10.
