Enchanted is waiting to be smashed, the song is so addicting. God. Why must BMR torture us like this. I highly doubt Taylor gets that much of a say in choosing which songs become a single anymore, even if she continually says "the fans are choosing them". Someone link me to somewhere that shows that Ours was a fan favourite. All I've seen have been requesting Enchanted, and even non-fans.

It will be hard for Speak Now to reach that 5 million mark.

It'll definitely pass 4 million in the US by the time the next album is released, and will almost definitely pass 5 million by the time the album after that is released

Besides, 4 million in the US alone is an incredible accomplishment, especially considering the fact that her singles don't peak very high on the Hot 100 (when officially released as singles).

that was so very far already!!!!! currently speak now sold 3.8million already and needs 120k only to reach 4m by this time Speak now is always selling in 30k and if Speak now Sales is always in that number just around 5 weeks or if Something around in many weeks the Sales are keep on decreasing maybe 8-10 weeks from now it will reach 4m and that around in march/april 2012 i hope at that time the current single is Enchanted!!

Hopefully sales for Speak Now will increase a little more just to nudge it over that 3.9 million mark. It needs to sell at least 38,000 copies this week through to the next, which I think, won't be problem!

I think one reason for Speak Now's less than stellar longevity would probably be in part due to no break out single, like she had last era i.e Love Story and You Belong With. You can say Mine was a success, but being a lead single and riding on the hype from the last album really helped it, IMO. If Mine had been released as the second or third single I think it would not have had the same sales and airplay. One other reason could be that she's been on tour for most of the year so she didn't really have time to promote on tv like she did with Fearless, though you can say her live shows were here promotions.
