I am not impressed with you all shading shots like this.. It's one of her best songs out there, demo's AND albums.. It deserves to be on an album.. But at the same time, since its already released, I would rather it not be on the album ONLY because I already know it and I just want NEW SONGS

I want "Shots" on the album because I do wanna see it as a single. Maybe fourth or fifth.

Shots could work as a nice album only track as a centive for buyers. Although that's assuming the song will fit with the sound of the album. I want a cohesive piece of work.

It looks like we'll be getting a new single (or a teaser at the very least) this month. I hope her team follows the "on air on sale" trend.

I don't want Shots on her new album at all. It should remain a good demo track, because it just doesn't fit the theme she's envisioning for her sophomore effort.

As for the release dates, I think she should release the first single in October and should release the album in early January like she did with her debut. There isn't much competition and she can snatch again the #1 spot.

But what do you think about her first single? Is she going to pull a We R Who We R and release it on radio before digital? Think it's a good strategy? It worked for her last time, although I think this time if she wants to do that she should HAVE A HUGE PERFORMANCE the same day the song is digitally released!

I want it to debut on Z100 Monday August 22, then a VMA performance on the 28. With it hiring iTunes a day earlier than usual on the 29. And another performance that week. The video should come out first week of October.

What I said would be the best possible scenairo in my opinion.

Hopefully Luke tweets again. He tweeted about Katy yesterday, and released Sabis song so hopefully today is a Ke$ha day.
