We're not discussing public perception. We're discussing the media's bias. CNN, Fox News, as well as a bunch of local news station posted the pic of the father's mugshot. But then, does it really matter how many did it when it shouldn't have been done at all?

No one is going to walk into a club, movie theater, or school and start mass murdering people with a hatchet. Less guns available for legal purchase would probably decrease these events. But it wouldn't stop people from getting their hands on them.

This is the portion I've been trying to acknowledge as "extreme" but on ATRL, you get called the "racist bigot" by going against the current. No surprise, given the majority of the demography of this forum, but still, you'd think there are those who are willing to see both sides of an unacceptable coin.

What's the purpose of continuing to mention BLM when he had no affiliation with the movement? The actual protesters in Dallas were seen taking pictures with the cops and stated that things were peaceful between them and the cops. Or the ignorance is on purpose?

Absolutely. People here want the thread to an echo chamber, no different opinions are criticism is allowed. I'm not here for that. When something is wrong you need call it like it is. The police has serious issues to work on, but so do movements like BLM, who is unfortunately radicalized people and last night we saw a consequence of that.

Yes. They're blaming BLM for radicalizing the shooters. Not the justice system that has allowed the continue persecution of black men and woman, but they're blaming the people who are against the the continued persecution of black people for being against the persecution of black people.

I don't think BLM radicalized the shooters. People are already radical before BLM or whatever. The radical people just cling on to BLM and put their own ****** spin on it.

If anything, all of the incidents of police brutality over the past couple of years (and you can't deny, it gets reported way more now than it once did) has radicalized them.

There are varying degrees of radicalism in the BLM movement. We only hear about the 8's, 9's, and 10's, but the majority are not out there doing anything, but rather starting hashtags on twitter. A 2.
